Current status: controlled educational preview

PrimeHealth is educational only. PrimeHealth does not diagnose, prescribe, replace licensed medical care, provide emergency response, guarantee provider availability, or guarantee facility/pharmacy acceptance, approval, treatment, stock, or outcome.

Security readiness

PrimeHealth is preparing an information-security program with ISO/IEC 27001 readiness as a major target. PrimeHealth is not ISO certified yet.

Privacy readiness

PrimeHealth is preparing privacy-management controls for consent, location, IP/device audit data, health-record workflows, retention, deletion, and user rights. PrimeHealth is not ISO/IEC 27701 certified yet.

Quality readiness

PrimeHealth is building quality-management processes for content review, BuildOps checks, change control, feedback handling, and corrective action. PrimeHealth is not ISO 9001 certified yet.

AI governance readiness

PrimeHealth plans AI governance controls for AI explanations, prompt/version tracking, safety flags, audit logs, and professional review gates. PrimeHealth is not ISO/IEC 42001 certified yet.

Certification and approval claims

PrimeHealth will not use unsupported trust claims.
