Safety-first care support preview
Care Assistance Desk
Request Help • Upload Records • Professional Review • Video Visit Readiness
PrimeHealth Care Assistance Desk is planned as a future safety-first pathway for users who may need help organizing health concerns, records, questions, and case information for review. If accepted in a future release, a case may be organized into an EHR-backed record for verified professional review when available and appropriate.
Current status
This page is live as a safety-first educational preview. Live intake, record upload, EHR case creation, provider matching, scheduling, messaging, video visits, and telemedicine consultations are not active yet.
Urgent safety notice
This service is not an emergency service
Seek emergency medical care immediately for severe symptoms, worsening symptoms, pregnancy danger signs, newborn danger signs, severe bleeding, chest pain, breathing difficulty, fainting, stroke-like symptoms, severe allergic reaction, severe dehydration, convulsions, suicidal thoughts, or any urgent concern.
Future user pathway
How Care Assistance may work later
Request Help
A future guided intake may collect symptoms, timeline, medical history, medications, allergies, records, and what kind of help the user is requesting.
Urgency Screening
Danger signs should route users away from routine assistance and toward emergency or local in-person care immediately.
Record Organization
Accepted cases may later be organized into an EHR-backed case record so verified professionals can review information quickly.
Professional Review
Verified reviewers or providers may review accepted cases only within scope, consent, assignment, audit, and legal gates.
Video Visit Readiness
Telemedicine/video visits may happen only when verified providers are available and legally permitted for the patient location and case type.
Disabled until gates pass
Live care features are not active yet
EHR-backed case record
Structured case organization
Future accepted cases may use a PrimeHealth Case EHR Record to organize demographics, consent, symptoms, timeline, red flags, medications, allergies, labs, imaging, uploaded records, AI draft summaries, provider notes, and audit history.
Provider verification
Verified professionals only
Future providers must pass identity, license/registration, scope, consent, legal/licensing, assignment, access-control, and audit gates before reviewing cases or participating in telemedicine workflows.
Telemedicine readiness
Video visits require gates
Video visits may open only after consent, provider verification, legal/licensing review, scheduling workflow, emergency escalation, documentation policy, privacy/security, and audit controls are ready.
Future Care Assistance routes
Planned but not active workflows
These future workflows should open only after consent, privacy, security, audit, provider verification, legal/licensing, emergency escalation, and BuildOps gates pass.
