Safety-first upload readiness preview
Upload Records
Future record preparation • Consent • Privacy • Security • EHR case attachment • Professional review readiness
This page explains how PrimeHealth may later allow accepted Care Assistance users to upload records safely. It is live only as a safety-first educational preview. Real upload, file storage, OCR, AI document analysis, EHR case attachment, provider sharing, and telemedicine use of uploaded records are not active yet.
Emergency warning
Do not upload emergency information expecting immediate response
Care Assistance Desk is not an emergency service. Seek emergency medical care immediately for severe symptoms, worsening symptoms, pregnancy danger signs, newborn danger signs, severe bleeding, chest pain, breathing difficulty, fainting, stroke-like symptoms, severe allergic reaction, severe dehydration, convulsions, suicidal thoughts, or any urgent concern.
Future record types
Records users may prepare later
A future upload workflow may allow users to attach relevant health documents to an accepted Care Assistance case after consent and security gates pass.
Upload gates
Upload must stay disabled until gates pass
Upload is a health-data feature. It requires consent, security, encryption, access control, audit, retention, deletion, and review workflows before real files can be collected.
Disabled until gates pass
Record upload workflow is not active yet
Server-side feature flags and access controls must enforce disabled upload state. A disabled frontend alone is not enough for health records.
Consent required
Records cannot be collected without consent
Future upload must require clear consent to process health information, attach records to a case, and share records with assigned verified providers where allowed.
EHR case attachment
Uploaded records may attach to a future case
If upload is enabled later, records should attach to a PrimeHealth Case EHR Record with metadata, consent linkage, audit logs, source date, review status, and access controls.
AI extraction caution
OCR and AI outputs require review
OCR, document extraction, and AI summaries can be wrong or incomplete. Any AI-generated output must be clearly labeled and reviewed before it is used for professional decision support.
