PrimeHealth does not guarantee availability, licensing status, approval, facility acceptance, provider availability, pharmacy stock, emergency capability, diagnosis, treatment, referral, or outcome. Nearest clinics and hospitals
PrimeHealth plans to show nearby clinics and hospitals when a logged-in user gives location consent and facility data has safe verification labels.
Nearest pharmacies
PrimeHealth plans to show nearby pharmacies with verification status, source confidence, and clear warnings that pharmacy stock is not guaranteed.
Location consent and audit
Future nearby suggestions will require consent, IP/device audit context, location permission status, and backend logging before user-specific results are stored.
Lagos-first rollout
PrimeHealth plans to start with Lagos facility seed data, normalize it, geocode it, review it, label it safely, and expand state by state.

Nearby pharmacies
Future results may show up to 5 nearby pharmacies with source confidence and verification labels. Medication availability and stock should remain unknown unless verified by a reliable source.
Verification labels
Facilities and pharmacies must be labeled honestly
PrimeHealth must not label a clinic, hospital, pharmacy, provider, service, or emergency capability as verified unless a reliable source or approved admin review supports that label.

Live nearby results require authentication where user-specific, location consent, backend consent storage, IP/device audit, safe facility/pharmacy labels, privacy/security controls, abuse controls, and feature flags.
Lagos-first direction
Starting with Lagos seed data, then expanding carefully
PrimeHealth plans to begin with Lagos facility seed data, preserve the raw source, import records into staging, normalize facility names and addresses, validate Lagos LGA fields, geocode where safe, deduplicate, assign verification labels, and publish only with safe public display wording.
Old Lagos data must not be treated as automatically current or verified. Initial labels should remain pending verification or listing may be outdated until current review supports stronger labels.
