What this section will help with
Understand medication safety warnings
PrimeHealth plans to organize medication safety alerts, counterfeit product warnings, regulator notices, recalls, pregnancy cautions, newborn and child cautions, and public-health advisories in a structured way for public users and Medical Professionals.
What this section will not do
Advisory summaries are not treatment instructions
Advisory information can help identify concerns and safer questions to ask, but it does not replace direct medical care, official regulator guidance, emergency care, or professional judgment.
Advisory categories
Warning Board / Advisory Corner categories
Future advisories should clearly label the type of warning, country, affected product or population, severity, source, issue date, update date, public guidance, and Medical Professional guidance.
Future advisory filters
Search and live advisory lookup are not active yet
Future advisory search should support filtering by country, severity, product, active ingredient, affected population, pregnancy, newborn/child status, recalls, counterfeit alerts, and regulator warnings after source validation and update tracking are ready.
Public users

Medical Professional view
Structured advisory context
- • Advisory type, severity, source, and affected product context.
- • Public guidance and MP guidance separation.
- • Product, ingredient, country, and population links.
- • Related medication, NAFDAC, trial, lab, and condition links.
- • Professional support only; not final clinical judgment.
Safety doctrine
Advisory information is not personal treatment advice
- • Advisories should help users notice safety concerns, warnings, recalls, counterfeit risks, and public-health alerts.
- • Advisory information does not replace clinician evaluation, pharmacist verification, emergency care, or official regulator guidance.
- • Do not start, stop, or change medication based only on PrimeHealth, advisory summaries, regulatory listings, uploaded documents, images, or AI-generated educational guidance.
- • If a medication may be counterfeit, unsafe, recalled, or causing harm, users should seek qualified medical or regulatory guidance immediately.
- • Using self-medication can be dangerous to your health.
